You’ll find Horizon Uptown in Aurora, Colorado, at the intersection of I-70 and E470.

The development of Horizon is led by Edifice North and Avanti Partners, who have deep expertise in master-planned community development, placemaking, land investment and stewardship.

You could say a little of both. Horizon Uptown has established amenities (like a community garden, P–8 school, tennis courts, dog park and resident events) already in place. But it is also growing — with a new park, a pool, a future entertainment district and new builders coming soon.

There’s lots in the works here. Besides new homes, there’s also a new park coming — with a pool, amphitheater, giant lawn, pump track, gardens and more. And there are also plans for a future town center, with an entertainment district full of eating, greeting and gathering spaces. 

The HOA maintains common areas and supports resident programming and events through our Community Life team.

Horizon Uptown is part of Aurora Public Schools, which has been serving the city for 110 years.

Yes, there are plenty of regional trails nearby — Aurora has 119 miles of them, including the High Plains Trail which is close to Horizon Uptown and connects to the Triple Creek Trail and High Line Canal.
