About Our Community
From encouraging walking to protecting open space,
Horizon Uptown’s design principles benefit individuals, their neighborhoods, and the planet.
It truly is a Colorado community that’s healthier by design.
The Great Park
With a dog park, tennis courts and playground already in place. The great park at the heart of our Aurora community has been imagined to encourage play and gathering— bringing out the best in each of us individually and in community. With more features on the way, fun and competition are given room to relish, as well as a place where the world slows down, allowing nature to reset our clocks and our priorities.
Pocket Parks
If our great park is a big ear-to-ear grin, our smaller parks are friendly little smiles and waves—perfect for a quiet moment or a playdate with neighbors.
On the Horizon:
A Vibrant, Mixed-Use Hub
The plans for Horizon Uptown call for it to be a place made up of places—to thrive, play, laugh, learn, create, generate, shop, sell, sip, and savor. A future town center, office space, and a variety of retail opportunities have been imagined to complement and further energize the community. Stay tuned for more details.
